Why we love it

We love a lodge that trusts its guests with the boat and still looks after everything around the fishing, and Majestic Eagle does exactly that from the Petersburg pickup to the vacuum-sealed boxes going home. Cross from Petersburg to Kupreanof Island, settle in, and be on the water that same afternoon, then come back to dinner and a plain-spoken report on tides and where the bite was. The freedom is the luxury here, backed by meals, fuel and fish processing all handled for you.
