Serene and ancient, these creatures have crossed the world's oceans for millions of years, earning the nickname "Living Fossil." Sea Turtles are part of a select group of reptiles adapted to life in the sea, sharing a distant kinship with land-dwelling turtles and tortoises. Their streamlined bodies and powerful flippers let them glide gracefully through the water, reminiscent of birds in flight. Sea Turtles undertake long migrations that can span thousands of miles, journeys akin to those of migratory birds. These magnificent creatures are vital to marine ecosystems, playing a crucial role in maintaining the balance of aquatic life. Whether it's the green sea turtle, loggerhead, or leatherback, each species contributes to the rich tapestry of marine biodiversity, making them emblematic ambassadors of the sea.

Details

Material: certified American pewter, lead-free

Made: hand-finished in Port Gamble, Washington, USA, from a line of pewter jewelry crafted in America since 1991

Questions

Is it lead-free? Yes.
